.We have a flat base rate, and you can stay up to 5 nights.
1 bedroom 1 bath: $995 + tax
2 bedroom 1.5 bath: $1195 + tax
Reservations for May commencement must be paid in advance by check or money order, and are non-refundable unless unit is re-rented, in which case your payment will be returned less the amount received for the replacement reservation plus a $50 processing fee. Your reservation cannnot be confirmed until payment is received.
