Furthermore, our fully furnished condos are priced much less than other accomodations within walking distance, perfect for extended stay trips to Chapel Hill. This is important because parking on the UNC Campus is expensive and usually very difficult to find. It is our goal to provide you with reasonably priced and comfortable lodging during your visit to Chapel Hill, and this is evidenced by the fact that we have many visitors who return to stay with us year after year.
